Note: Our packaging team immediately packs your product once we receive your order. If you choose cash on delivery, we will confirm your order by call, email, or WhatsApp. Sometimes, we offer a cash discount if you switch to online payment. After we confirm your order, you cannot cancel it if it has already shipped, but you can refuse it at the time of delivery.

Refund Policy
When will I get my refund for the cancelled order?
Upon receipt of your email or verbal confirmation regarding the cancellation, we will initiate the refund. You can expect the amount to be reflected in the original source account within 48 hours.

Are there any cancellation charges?
We do not charge any cancellation fee for prepaid orders.

Replacement Unavailable: If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll notify you and process a full refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be reflected in your original payment method.
COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be issued as a credit coupon of the same value.
Tampered Packages:
If the package appears tampered with upon delivery, please refuse the item and return it to the delivery person before signing the Proof of Delivery.
