Returning a Product is Simple

  3. Pick-Up Arrangement: We’ll arrange a convenient pick-up for your returned item.

What We Can Refund or Return

  • Incorrectly Delivered Items: If you receive a product that doesn’t match the description on our website.
  • Manufacturing Defects or Damage: Products with genuine manufacturing flaws or damage are eligible for return.

Slight Variations

Please note that due to the handmade nature of many of our products, slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur. These are not considered defects and will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Do: Handle our products with care, just like we do when creating them.

Don’t: Wear or use the product if you intend to return it.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency.
  • Refusal of the package by the recipient.

Initiating a Return

If your purchase meets the return criteria outlined above, please follow these steps within 24 hours of delivery:

Time Limits

We cannot consider return requests or images/videos received after 24 hours of delivery.

Resolutions and Processing

  • Defective Products: We will replace your item or offer a product of equal value, or issue a full refund within 7-10 business days after pickup.
  • Replacement Unavailable: If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll notify you and process a full refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be reflected in your original payment method.
  • COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be issued as a credit coupon of the same value.

Tampered Packages

If the package appears tampered with upon delivery, please refuse the item and return it to the delivery person before signing the Proof of Delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Unused Condition: The returned item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Refunds

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale will only be refunded for the actual order value, not the original price.

Exchanges
